The Project’s collecting efforts in Kenya are coordinated by the Genetic Resources Research Institute of the Kenya Agricultural and Livestock Research Organization (KALRO).
Collectors from the Genetic Resources Research Institute will target crop wild relatives from six wild genepools: finger millet, pearl millet, potato, rice, sweet potato, and vetch. Collecting will take place during the project period of 2015-2016.
