The Project’s collecting efforts in Vietnam are coordinated by Vietnam’s Plant Resources Center (PRC), an autonomous research institution associated with the Vietnam Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
Collectors from the Plant Resources Center will target crop wild relatives from seven wild genepools: apple, banana, cowpea, eggplant, pigeon pea, rice, and sweet potato. Collecting will take place during the project period of 2014-2016.
