The Project’s collecting efforts in Brazil are coordinated by Embrapa Genetic Resources and Biotechnology (Embrapa Cenargen), a division of the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation.
Collectors from Embrapa will target crop wild relatives from four wild genepools: finger millet, potato, rice, and sweet potato. Collecting will take place during the project period of 2016-2017.
